Once any of our services—such as counseling, admission processing, visa support, or documentation assistance—has commenced, the associated payments are deemed non-refundable. This is due to the tailored and labor-intensive nature of the services provided.

Before You Sign

All prospective clients are expected to review and understand the service agreement prior to final confirmation. Once signed, this agreement becomes binding and governs refund eligibility.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

A refund will not be considered in the following situations:

  • You cancel your admission or visa process at any stage post-initiation
